Charector Rules

1. Canon characters are only allowed if you ask an admin and are given premision.
2. You can NOT start as a state alchemist unless your given permission to my a Admin
3. You can not have
4. You can only kill another member's character if you both agree on it.
5. You are only allowed ONE character per account
6. Play fair (ex- no auto hitting or dodging all hits)



Rules on Philosopher stones

1. You can only get a philosopher stone in a tournament or if i say you can find one in a POST or something!!!

2. In this RPG the philosopher will make you much stronger then people that don't have them (unless the person is 4 ranks higher then you)

3. No more then 4 Philosophers stones Unless i say so and no one starts with a Philosopher stone (if you want one when you start then PM me... you most likely won't get it but you can still try...)
